All orders are processed and dispatched by the Bulldog Balm Team within 24 hours of receipt (unless the item ordered is out of stock). Purchases made on weekends and public holidays are processed and shipped the following business day.
Once your order is dispatched you will receive your tracking number via your email entered at checkout. If products are not available at the time of order you will be notified via email and given the option of back ordering. We ensure all goods are dispatched on time, as notified and take no responsibility for any delays via a third party once dispatched from our warehouse.
All our products go through scrupulous quality checks before dispatch, therefore we take no responsibility for loss or damage caused during delivery or by late delivery.
